Perspectiv started in Georgia in 2020 and launched commercially in 2024. We partner with districts and employers across the state to help students discover careers that are local, relevant, and in-demand, bridging education and the workforce.

Too many students graduate uncertain about their choice, taking a shot in the dark or following in a parent's footsteps simply because it's familiar. Most assessments only match aptitude to job requirements, not who you are to the daily experience of a career or the culture of the company you'd be joining.
Perspectiv 2.0 takes a different approach: mapping a student's psychographic profile (their values, motivations, and work style) against the profiles of people who are genuinely satisfied and flourishing in careers that could be a fit for them. That includes entrepreneurship and other careers that have no official SOC code and would never surface on a traditional assessment.
We know that who your student is in elementary school isn't who they are in middle school, and it's not who they'll be by graduation. Imagine a career counselor who stays by their side throughout their entire academic journey, grows with them, then makes recommendations based on who they are and the real opportunities available to them, near or far. That's Perspectiv 2.0.
