Choosing a career shouldn’t be a shot in the dark, or a matter of following in a parent’s footsteps simply because it’s familiar. Most assessments only match aptitude to job requirements, not who you are to the daily experience of a career or the culture of the company you’d be joining.
Perspectiv 2.0 takes a different approach: mapping a student’s psychographic profile—their values, motivations, and work style—against the profiles of people who are genuinely satisfied and flourishing in careers that could be a fit for them.
We know that who your student is in elementary school isn’t who they are in middle school, and it’s not who they’ll be by graduation. Imagine a career counselor who stays by their side throughout their entire academic journey, grows with them, then makes recommendations based on who they are and the opportunities open to them, near or far. That’s Perspectiv 2.0.
